Is time travel possible and is it compatible with the grandfather paradox?
If time travel is possible, then could I go back in time and stop my grandparents having children?
I think i have actually asked two questions... so a simple yes or no will not suffice...

To our present knowledge of the laws of physics, time travel is actually possible (in theory). However, if it is "possible" does not mean we know how to do it.
